1. Acceptance
This text describes preview terms for the Rex Stellarum test service; it is not presented as a final agreement in effect. The operator is Sefa AKBABA, the brand is Averia Interactive and the initial service country is Türkiye. An effective date and required acceptance process must be completed before general release. Visiting the page is not blanket consent to marketing or all data processing.
2. Service and test scope
Rex Stellarum is in development for Android and iOS. Test availability may vary by platform. An existing Android test build does not mean an iOS build is ready. This site has no verified public download link. The catalog describes test data; Battle Lab does not yet produce results.
3. Age and account eligibility
The intended age groups are 16–17 and 18+; the service is not designed for children. Participation is subject to the relevant test invitation and applicable rules. You must have authority to create an account and enter an agreement, including parent/legal representative consent where required. Choosing these age groups does not mean that age verification or a parental consent mechanism operates in this version.
4. Account security
Protect your login and recovery information and do not use another person’s account. Report suspected unauthorized access to support. Never email passwords or recovery codes. Flawless account recovery or save transfer between devices is not guaranteed in every test version.
5. Limited personal-use license
Authorized test access permits personal, non-commercial use on allowed devices. Ownership of the game, artwork or software is not transferred. Subject to uses permitted by law, unauthorized redistribution or commercial exploitation is outside this access permission.
6. Prohibited conduct
Cheating, automation bots, bypassing security, exploiting vulnerabilities, disrupting the service, unauthorized access and harassment are prohibited. Report vulnerabilities to support without causing harm. Test access does not authorize attacks on other accounts or infrastructure.
7. Player names and user content
Do not use unlawful, harassing or impersonating names. You must have the necessary rights to content you share. Your rights in your content remain yours; no unlimited rights transfer is requested beyond limited use needed to display it in the relevant service feature and keep that feature safe. Any new communication features require further scope information.
8. Virtual currency and items
Virtual resources, currencies and items are rights for use under game rules, not money or investments. No cash value, interest or external market transfer is promised. Earned content and legal rights remain subject to the test scope and applicable consumer law.
9. Purchases and refunds
The website accepts no payments; real-money purchasing is disabled in the current test build. If stores open later, prices, content and purchase terms must be shown before a transaction. Store payment and refund processes and mandatory consumer rights apply. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
10. Test resets and balance
Tests may contain bugs, incompatible saves, progress resets or balance changes. There is no general guarantee of save migration to later versions; the scope and known changes for a test should be described in its release notice. This website update does not change game balance values.
11. Updates and service changes
Updates may be required for compatibility and security. Material changes to access or service should be announced in advance where possible. This framework does not grant unlimited power to make unannounced changes that remove mandatory accrued rights.
12. Intellectual property
Rights in Rex Stellarum and Averia Interactive brand assets, code, text and artwork remain with their respective owners. Statutory exceptions remain available. Website images do not by themselves grant a reuse license; infringement concerns can be sent to support.
13. Suspension and closure
Access may be restricted reasonably and proportionately for serious breaches or security risks. Reasons and an appeal route should be provided where feasible and lawful; you may request review through support. Voluntary closure and deletion requests are explained on the Account Deletion page. Signing out is not account deletion.
14. Availability and warranty limits
Test services may experience outages, errors or maintenance; uninterrupted operation and compatibility with every device are not promised. Support and availability may vary by version. This notice does not remove warranties that cannot be waived by law.
15. Reasonable limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is assessed in light of the service’s test status and the circumstances. No term excludes intent, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumer rights and remedies remain intact.
16. Governing law and disputes
The initial service country is Türkiye. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights and access to competent authorities remain intact. Seeking resolution through support does not waive legal remedies. This preview does not impose an exclusive court clause.
17. Changes to these terms
Last updated: 18 September 2026. These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable law or operational requirements. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
